      Document Screening

      Xi C&A recruits experienced employees whenever there is a need for an experienced person, and conducts job-oriented document screening based on job suitability and careers.

      AI Competency Test

      We use AI competency checks to validate applicants and their fit with us.

      1st Interview

      We verify the applicant's competency through a practical interview.

      2nd Interview

      We verify the applicant's personality through an executive interview.

      Final Pass

      Personnel treatment is discussed for those who passed the 2nd interview, and the applicant joins the company after the announcement of the final pass.

      Join the company

      After the applicant is assigned to the field department, a separate schedule is established to provide training to experienced employees.
