It is a task to construct a building suitable for structure, function and customer needs by performing overall tasks such as construction period, quality, safety, cost, and design management of machinery plumbing and equipment.

Construction of building machinery is the job of constructing building facilities such as water supply, wastewater, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and automatic control installed to improve the indoor environment and function of a building. For this purpose, we are in charge of review of design documents, establishment of construction plan, review of materials, review of related laws, equipment installation work, facility piping work, facility duct work, special facility work, cost management, commissioning completion inspection, driving training handover etc.

Electrical

Based on the performance of overall tasks such as design management, cost management, process management, quality/safety management, etc. in collaboration with other processes, we build electrical equipment buildings that meet customer needs and various electrical equipment laws and regulations.

The person in charge of electrical work constructs a building and checks its function so that the building can function properly by improving the quality of electrical facilities, communication, fire alarming, etc., and preventing defects. He/she manages and supervises the overall electrical process by presenting appropriate construction methods at the construction site and resolving construction interference issues.

Based on the performance of overall tasks such as design management, cost management, process management, quality management, etc. in collaboration with other processes, we realize electrical equipment buildings suitable for customer needs and various electrical equipment laws and regulations.

Petrochemical

It is a task to meet customer needs by achieving timely completion through cost, quality, safety, materials, and personnel management in the field of construction plants.

It is a task to establish and manage a project plan based on the economic feasibility of time, human resources, material resources, and financial resources invested in design, procurement, and construction in order to deliver a plant that meets the requirements set forth in the contract by the plant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project contractor to the client when carrying out the plant business.

Safety/Health

Safety and health is the task of protecting the bodies and lives of workers from the beginning to the end of construction by identifying risk factors and implementing preventive activities to eliminate or minimize them.

The safety and health manager establishes a site safety and health management plan even before the start of construction and conducts step-by-step safety and health implementation work to achieve safety policies and goals, and conducts win-win cooperation activities with suppliers to enable autonomous safety and health activities of workers, such as safety and health education and safety inspections.

In addition, he guides and advises site members for the systematic operation and establishment of ISO 45001, the safety and health management system, and manages a comfortable and safe construction site.
